Hi! I’m Kristin and I am passionate about gently guiding people to get in touch with their own inner wisdom, resilience and capacity for healing and growth.
I provide a nonjudgmental, collaborative and compassionate space to explore. I listen deeply, focus on your needs, hopes and goals, and support you in connecting the dots of your experience and developing new ways of seeing, being and responding.
If you’re interested in creative methods of therapy, I am also trained as an Expressive Arts Therapist and can weave art, music, movement, dance, poetry, writing and drama to support your process. Learn more about Expressive Arts Therapy.

Expressive Arts Therapy
As an expressive arts therapist, I use the creative process through art, music, movement, writing, and drama to nurture self-discovery, healing, and growth in a safe, supportive space. No artistic skills needed.
