Online therapy support for anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relationships in the Bay Area and throughout California
It takes courage and intention to take this step toward change, healing and growth.
You may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply exhausted from holding it all together. Maybe you're facing a life transition, a painful loss, or the weight of anxiety, burnout, or low self-esteem. Relationships may feel strained by challenges with communication, boundaries or emotional triggers. Parenting might be stretching you thin, bringing up old wounds as you juggle roles and needs. Whatever you’re carrying, you’re not alone—and there’s a path forward.
I’m glad you’re here and look forward to hearing your story.
Hi! I’m Kristin and I am passionate about gently guiding people to access their own inner wisdom, resilience and capacity for growth.
I provide a nonjudgmental, collaborative and compassionate space to explore. I listen deeply, focus on your needs, hopes and goals, and support you in connecting the dots of your experience and developing new ways of seeing, being and responding.
If you’re interested in creative methods of therapy, I am also trained as an Expressive Arts Therapist and can weave art, music, movement, dance, poetry, writing and drama to support your process. Learn more about Expressive Arts Therapy.

I currently have openings for online individual therapy for adults and teens. Please reach out for a free 15-minute phone consultation.
Individual Therapy for Adults
I help individuals navigate challenges such as anxiety, stress, depression, relationship issues, life transitions, parenting, and trauma to foster healing, balance, and meaningful change.
Individual Therapy for Teens
Identity. Peer relationships. Self-esteem. School. Family dynamics. Anxiety and depression. I offer a safe space for youth to explore these issues and build emotional well-being, resilience, and a positive sense of self.
Expressive Arts Therapy
As an expressive arts therapist, I use the creative process through art, music, movement, writing, and drama to nurture self-discovery, healing, and growth in a safe, supportive space. No artistic skills needed.
